SIWA was born out of a collaboration between designer Naoto Fukasawa, and the traditional Japanese washi paper manufacturer Onao, whose history and expertise date back 1000's years. During that time the company perfected the art of paper-making, they created a new water and tear-proof, paper-based fabric. This red coin purse is hand-crafted in Yamanashi, Japan, from the brand's RPF Naoron fabric, and makes for a chic way to manage your loose change.Selector's Notes
We love the crinkle effect of this paper-based, tear-proof & water-resistant fabric. SIWA's name comes from the Japanese characters used for washi (Japanese paper), and the word 'crinkle'.Item Details
