          We Say

          Drawing from a rich history of blade making, this Pomme bread knife is crafted by Shizu Hamono using 3 layers of stainless-steel, and finished in gold plate, making for an elegant way to cut and serve bread at the table. The cleverly designed blade of the bread knife features two different types of serrated edge: the end easily cuts through hard crusts, while the main part of the blade will slice through the middle smoothly, hardly spilling a crumb.

          Selector's Notes

          Each knife is forged by hand, ensuring absolute comfort when held. The series was designed to be used in a casual manner whilst chatting leisurely with friends around the table, during or after meals.
